candidate for Version 0.5 with some doc changes #71

Updated to 0.5, and rebuilt the linux binary (compiled/ssimp-linux-0.5). The Mac binary is yet to be updated. I have reran the tests. I made some changes to the docs too, to emphasize that this is expected to be the normal way to call ssimp:

 ssimp gwas.txt 1KG/EUR output.txt
