Highscores

Things that are needed for this to work are:

• progress storage / save file
• some high score table view
• recording of the scores
• user input for naming your results

What needs to be recorded:

• time
• difficulty
• date
• name

There now is a table and popup; now we just need a browse view to add to the menu

The highscore code has moved to a different file, and made static to ease the reuse

after the last commit we need the following things still:

• name entry (waiting for #23 )
• scrolling through the highscores when browsing from the menu
