error when reopening preferences from local menu #3

**Description

Error dialog is opened behind Preferences dialog when reopening that dialog 
from local menu.

**How to reproduce

1. select the local menu 'Preferences...' on Properties view or JVM Explorer

2. close Preferences dialog

3. repeat the step 1
