sampling period setting is not persistent when restarting Eclipse #54

** how to reproduce

1. open Configure CPU Profiler dialog

2. select Sampling mode and change Sampling Period

3. click OK to close dialog

4. restart Eclipse

5. check if the specified sampling period remains
