Reduce supported versions to 3 versions which from latest version #70

Kubernetes supports 3 versions from the latest version. For instance, kubectl is currently supported at 1.14, 1.13, and 1.12. In addition, currently we've tested the 3 versions only from the latest version.

Therefore, it is better that our kubernetes-resource supports with the same way.
