Wrongly colored as "disk or time limited" #146

https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/928506251 is wrongly coloured in light green (disk or time limited)

Problem might be here:

https://github.com/zlant/parking-lanes/blob/ac30b63bd01ac67c7cf546acb1938debfdaa66db/src/parking/access-condition.ts#L73-L74

There doesn't seem to be an exception for "no" value.
