I mapped some streets with parking:condition:alternate-side as commented in the wiki.

There are many streets in Barcelona with alternate parking sides, example: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/42884388

Any possibility to add this attribute to downloads with overpass API and to GUI?

These are not approved tags. I think it's possible to use the :time_interval tag.
