Remove external logging package requirement #6

The logging package is now included in standard python and including it causes the issue raised in #5.

Thanks @zlaski. I forgot to bump the version number in pyproject.toml from 0.3.2 to something higher. Could you accept this new PR so that the above change is reflected in pypi?
