Re-add bpaste.net #4

Around August 31, 2014, bpaste switched to a https-only service and changed its back-end to pinnwand. This patch provides code updates to wgetpaste, so that it can communicate with bpaste.net again. This patch is based on the patches the Gentoo Linux distribution (https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/tree/app-text/wgetpaste/files/wgetpaste-2.25-pinnwand.patch and https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/tree/app-text/wgetpaste/files/wgetpaste-2.25-pinnwand-raw.patch) has used since that time to maintain bpaste.net support in wgetpaste.
