speak loudly cause dialog terminate,bug??

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.dial with a phone number
2.dialog connected
3.speak loudly,then the dialog will terminate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
dialog terminate

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
centos5.5 ,asterisk1.6
