How can I add support for SILK, iSAC, Opus? #436

I wanted to know how can I add these codec to imsdroid?
It seems Boghe supports iSac but how can I port it or impelement it is imsdroid?

iSac audio codec is used by viber
Opus and Silk are used by Skype.
