Hold causes memory dump #446

imsdroid: imsdroid-2.548.870.apk
device: galaxy note 10.1 
android version: 4.1.1

1. make a call from a regular phone to imsdroid.
2. put the call on hold and unhold.(may need to be repeated a few times
3. imsdroid dumps its memory and crashes.

If you compile the newest imsdroid binary, hold works now but resume seems to 
be unimplemented. the hold button does not seem to double as a resume button 
for an already held call
