Couldn't open the .gif images and Videos #22

As I mentioned I can't overcome to upload .gif images and videos in the project. Whenever I upload the file in the project it Only shows blank White square boxes in place of Images and videos... And whenever I click on it ,It shows "Couldn't resolve file over 10 MB. So how to Overcome this issue.....Please help me
