Provide Windows binary #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the zip release
2. Find no .dll libraries loadable by Lua.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to find dll files to load with Lua.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I' am in the process of building binaries for Windows, and they will be 
released soon.
