As the first step to addressing the various issues and weaknesses caused by the issues described in #577, this pull simply renames "transitions" in all airport files to either "exitPoints" (of SIDs) or "entryPoints" (of STARs). This more ambiguous nomenclature means we can add a new procedure, called a "transition", which itself has its own "entryPoint" and "exitPoint", and the same verbage can be used for airways, instrument approaches, etc...
