todo:

将WorldInfo改名成PlacementInfo，实现其持久化，在其中保存原点（origin）信息
origin设置为第一次保存rvc structure时的最小坐标点
其他地方全部改成相对坐标。应当使用不同的类型来避免与BlockPos混淆。
