Example Workflow Run RO-Crate obtained with runcrate from the run I did during the Biohackathon Germany. I finally fixed the runcrate issues and was able to convert the CWLProv bundle. The actual RO-Crate is 4.3 GB, so I've truncated all files to zero bytes except for ro-crate-metadata.json and packed.cwl.
