Hi, we currently don't have any builds for the ZMANN products ready, once we have a working clap product, I'll make sure to add it to the list.

off topic but these are sample based instruments with effect plugins built in right? can you load up your own sfz sf2 files in this?

Yes, that's correct.

We currently don't have this planned, there are already many vst plugins which support sfz(2).
