Removed large scan integration test #372

This test is a bit flaky so let's remove it. I'll make something in our zdns-testing.com that's more dependable for us to test a similar thing.

It's a little hard to test @zakird but I added a manual trigger so once this is merged into main I should be able to trigger this manually to verify it works.
