Javax dependency in OH3.1 #2

in OH3.1.M5 i get Javax dependency Maybee a solution here:

@ZmartifyPKR Hi Peter, thanks a lot for looking into it! I'd very much like to upgrade OH to 3.1, but I cannot seem to find the download of the new jar files, would you mind sending me a link? Thank you in advance!
