Disabling lava lakes in config does nothing #60

Like the title says, disabling lava lakes in the wildnature config does not disable lava lakes. Also, it might be nice to tweak the generator a bit to ensure trees spawn far enough away from any generated lava to not be ignited. The lag is intense when generating most forests due to fires caused by lava.

I think the lava lakes in the config refers to underground lava lakes.
