I'm pretty sure this is the same as #36 - in which case you don't actually have an error.

Atom decided to update godoc before go-get (probably just because it comes first alphabetically), so when godoc tried to activate it found the old go-get package.

I see that go-get did eventually update based on the information above, so you should be all set. Can you confirm that after restarting Atom everything works as expected?
