Retirement tracking #3

This should be able to track data from our retirement savings accounts (Vanguard, VALIC, wherever Zach's 401k Roth lives, etc.) The purpose of this is to track our investments and stay on schedule for long term savings.

For this we need to support exports from vanguard & VALIC. Hopefully this won't be too painful.
