Site Menu and Organization: Minutes Access and Overview #46

@zme1 When I go to click on "Minutes" on the site menu, I'm taken to the 1919 Minutes page. If I didn't know that there were more minutes beyond the year 1919, I might not notice the tiny drop-down menu to indicate other years. I have a few recommendations here: 1) You need to tell your visitors the range of years for which you have and/or are representing minutes. Give them an overview of what you have to share, and invite them to explore. And maybe move that dropdown menu over, and/or enlarge it.

2) At the end of each year of minutes, there should be a way to navigate to next year's minutes.

3) Minutes should land on a central page for accessing all the minutes, not on the 1919 page. Perhaps the 1919 page is currently the way to access all the minutes, and if that's the case, rename it and explain accordingly.
