libcfile: library collision #5

Hello ex-Gentoo developer!

It looks like diffball has been abounded, but I would like to file this report anyway.

We have a collision report with a newer library "libcfile" and our users are unable to install both tools because of that. For more details, see the following bug report: https://github.com/pentoo/pentoo-overlay/issues/1485

Would you consider renaming it to something else or providing a workaround? An option to compile it as a static library would do it.

The shared library is used by the tarsync package. How about if we rename libcfile to libdiffballcfile? We'd also need to rename /usr/include/cfile.h.
