created a new branch because when I messed with the file DESCRIPTION I broke the package, but didn't notice until I'd edited a bunch of the vignettes.
Seems all fixed now, basically just had to add an extra line to Collate for one of the ./R files that was missing which I didn't notice at first.
Also cleaned up the vignettes a bit
