PircBotX compatibility with linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Only one real step that proves the problem - attempting to start my bot on 
an Ubuntu system

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the bot connect, and print messages, however instead it 
terminates the java.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7, Ubuntu 12.04

Does it end with "Segmentation Fault" or some other message? What the code you 
are running?

I wrote most of 1.7 on Fedora with both openjdk and sun-java, so it should work

I tested the latest build in Feodra 17 with OpenJDK 1.7 Update 9 and its 
working fine. I would look at your environment and test with other projects
