This removes the set_version crate in favor of using cargo-workspace-version to manage versioning. Note that cargo-workspace-version doesn't appear to detect the example-like directories nature_of_code, generative_design, or guide/book_tests.
This PR also uses cargo-workspace-version to set the crate versions to 0.1.0 to reflect the fork from nannou.
