Adds combination modifiers such as Hyper and MEH with proper documentation. As discussed briefly on Discord earlier. Closes #2339 .
Tested with: https://github.com/nicenemo/zmk-config/tree/test_custom_modifier_patch_for_zmk_config My Corn-ish Zen keyboard with extra modifiers as mod tap below the home row, extra HYPER and MEY function key layers, Copilot key and more.
