I made several adjustments to the metrics:

• reviewed gauge and added sum metrics: now we use the _total suffix for sum metrics only
• defined sum metrics as monotonic

Some metric names changed (for example, power_importing_total to power_importing because it's a gauge), so I probably need to reprocess the first few days
