I merged PR#254 https://github.com/zms-publishing/ZMS/pull/252/commits/d534ef21a3f25487275cb670657cf5dbc365c5b2

On using de/sel-all-btn the "ignore"-switch toggles in parallel; thats why I shifted it as btn to the controls. TODO: the JS code does not initialize the btn correctly; the btn has to be clicked a 2nd time to switch into the igrnore-mode. this should be corrected.
