More frequent location update #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get location from Mirror API for the user current location

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting to see the user current location, however, if the user travels 
around, I will get outdated information.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
My app is an app that shows user the bike sharing station information based on 
their current location. 
Some of their trips are short, when they are looking for a place to park their 
bike, the Location from Mirror API will indicate that the user still at the 
location where they started their trip.
On the other hand, when a user is trying to locate a bike station based on 
their current location, some times the Mirror API location will return older 
information as well.
