Add micro HDMI output to ease screencasting #499

It would be great if there were a micro HDMI port on Glass to assist with 
screencasting. While the developments in the direction of Chromecast are 
certainly useful as well, not having the data go over wifi and instead taking 
it through the high-throughput hdmi might ameliorate the problem of lag.
