Restore Video Hangouts to Google Glass #562

On April 14th Google Glass announced that it was removing Video Hangouts "until 
the experience" was improved (see 
https://plus.google.com/+GoogleGlass/posts/gNS3JvHEdvV ).

Please return Video Hangouts to Google Glass. There are compelling business 
justifications:
* Allows "video consult" in various fields (e.g. repair, construction, health, 
...)
* Allows training session in "first person" but with hands busy in various 
fields (manufacturing, medical, hobby, etc.)
* Allows "first person" reporting (e.g. different event points of view)
* Allows personal "Is this what I am supposed to buy" consult (e.g. with 
significant other)

Can this be marked as a defect (improve performance so it can be reintroduced) 
or at least an enhancement (to return earlier behavior).

Especially now that google glass will not be sold to the public, at least they 
can give those of us who have one the ability back.  This was the ONLY reason I 
got one, and shortly afterwards, they took that feature away.
