Hi. Unfortunately I can only offer the advice to check that your Sonos username and password that you enter is correct (i.e. you can sign into the Sonos website with the same). I no longer own a Sonos device personally, and thus unfortunately cannot investigate this myself.
As per the title, I am unable to connect. Unauthorised device like twice so far. All my devices are fully functioning and are shown in the sonos website. Uninstalled and re-installed app several times but keep getting the same error code. Would be so nice to get this working. Any advice would be appreciated.
