Use Android's voice recognition to let users speak commands to the robot.

This was put in the 3/27/2010 version of cellbot.py. The program can launch for 
accepting telnet commands or voice as the default. When telnet is used you can 
initiate 
a single voice command by the "v" command and it will return to taking telnet 
commands 
once completed.
