Terminal isn't properly initialized in JupyterLab #12

  1. It comes up in sh, not bash.
  2. The virtualenvwrapper configuration isn't right.

It turns out that if you set SHELL=/bin/bash before invoking JupyterLab, you get a bash shell. Fixed in staging - closing
