Znuny/Znuny LTS is a fork of the ((OTRS)) Community Edition, one of the most flexible web-based ticketing systems used for Customer Service, Help Desk, IT Service Management.
If a user has selected a dashboard report, then the report permissions are modified in a way that the user does not have the permission anymore. The report is still generated for the user.
This is also the case if a user is invalid or the report is deleted. The user preferences remain active and needs to be cleaned up.
Expected behaviour
If a report is deleted, the matching user preference should be deleted.
If a user is invalid, the Generate Dashboard Stats job should delete the user preference for this user.
If a user does not have the permission to run the report anymore, the Generate Dashboard Stats job should delete the user preference for this user.
