Bug - ACL problem - NewResponsible in PossibleNot #442

Environment

Expected behaviour

ACL removes selected user from NewResponsible list

Actual behaviour

ACL doesn't remove user from NewResponsible list

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create ACL
  2. Apply ACL
  3. Open AgentTicketResponsible window
  4. on new responsoble list the selected in ACL user will be visible

Additional information

I have tried using: NewResponsibleID: , NewResponsible: , NewResponsible: The same rule, using NewOwner works as expected. ACL source attached.
