Bug - Resizing of the iframe in customer user interface doesn't work, if the user shows all articles #445

Environment

Expected behaviour

If a customer user uses in the customer user interface the possibility to show all articles of a ticket (instead of click on an article header to show the article content), the iframe of the articles should be resized properly in case of long articles, so that the user don't need to scroll the article.

Actual behaviour

The user needs to scroll to read the full article. Only for the first article it's not necessary.

I reloaded the site repeatedly to try it out. Sometimes I had then the same issue for the first article.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click in the customer user interface on any ticket.
  2. Click on this symbol at the top (center-right) image
  3. The issue occurs:
