Znuny/Znuny LTS is a fork of the ((OTRS)) Community Edition, one of the most flexible web-based ticketing systems used for Customer Service, Help Desk, IT Service Management.
Uploading one or multiple attachments with a comment or reply in a ticket should add the attachment to the ticket.
Also, if you're in your note and already added a file, you can delete it.
Actual behaviour
The upload seems to complete, but if you submit your note or outgoing communication, the attachments are lost.
In addition, the deletion of uploaded files in the "Add Article" form results in an unknown error:
An unknown error occurred when deleting the attachment. Please try again. If the error persists, please contact your system administrator.
How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open a existing Ticket
Click on 'Communication\Note'
Scroll down to 'Select files or drop them here'
Either upload a file via the dialogue or drag and drop them.
Submit you note or communication.
No error occurs, the uploads are just lost.
