Znuny/Znuny LTS is a fork of the ((OTRS)) Community Edition, one of the most flexible web-based ticketing systems used for Customer Service, Help Desk, IT Service Management.
I could not reproduce the problem. I have tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox on Windows (latest browser versions). So I think the problem is local to your Znuny instance.

scrollbar does not disappear
Actual behavior
the scroll bar is shortly visible and then disappears. Behavior only occurs if you click on "answer" in the ticket.
