Znuny/Znuny LTS is a fork of the ((OTRS)) Community Edition, one of the most flexible web-based ticketing systems used for Customer Service, Help Desk, IT Service Management.
Cc and Bcc recipients of the original article should be taken over to the "New Email Ticket" Screen and put in the corresponding fields when article is split.
Actual behavior
Cc and Bcc stays empty. Only the "To" is taken over.
How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Receive or create a new article with recipients in Cc / Bcc
Click the "split"-Button on the article
select Email ticket
see the missing Cc/Bcc in the "New Email Ticket"-Screen
