Bug - Cc and Bcc missing when article is split (Email ticket) #538

Environment

Expected behavior

Cc and Bcc recipients of the original article should be taken over to the "New Email Ticket" Screen and put in the corresponding fields when article is split.

Actual behavior

Cc and Bcc stays empty. Only the "To" is taken over.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Receive or create a new article with recipients in Cc / Bcc
  2. Click the "split"-Button on the article
  3. select Email ticket
  4. see the missing Cc/Bcc in the "New Email Ticket"-Screen
