Znuny/Znuny LTS is a fork of the ((OTRS)) Community Edition, one of the most flexible web-based ticketing systems used for Customer Service, Help Desk, IT Service Management.
Bugfix for the retrieval of the incorrect config in ToolBar::TicketOwner. As it stands, the module retrieves the configuration for AgentTicketLockedView when it should retrieve the configuration for AgentTicketOwnerView.
