I added AgentTicketNoteToLinkedTicket to the screen configuration of dynamic fields.

Admin
Dynamic Fields <-> Screens
Click on a dynamic field in the right box
Search for the screen AgentTicketNoteToLinkedTicket -> it is missing

Type of change
