Bug - No filter possible for columns with the direction #14

Environment

Browser: FF, Safari, Chrome, Edge
Framework version: 6.0.x / 6.4.x

Expected behavior

Columns with the field TicketLastCustomerContactDirection in overviews should be filterable.

Actual behavior

A filter can't be used for the column TicketLastCustomerContactDirection in overviews.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to an overview
Try to configure a filter for the column TicketLastCustomerContactDirection

Additional information

This issue should be solved by using a dynamic field type dropdown instead of text.
