Installed it on 4.0.10. I set up my dashboard New and Open tickets view to show the "TicketLastCustomerContactTime" field and the field never gets populated with the date/time. I've tried replying to the ticket, getting a response from the ticket, and the field remains empty. Is there any other setup to enable the "TicketLastCustomerContactTime" to be populated?
