Allow non admin user or specific group user and specific customer user to login into the system during system maintenance.
This to allow to further test the system / ticketing after updating or some customization without whole users and customer users going into the system.
I like the idea of being able to configure the groups for agents. SinceCustomerGroupSupport is not enabled by default the possibility to configure single customer user should be available.
