Tags belonging to a dynamic field of type Date or DateTime in language based formatting #41

Currently, if a tag like <OTRS_TICKETDynamicField*> which belongs to a dynamic field of type Date or DateTime is included in a template, ticket notification, or auto-reply (probably anywhere tags can be used), the date is formatted in ISO. Please introduce a possibility to have it in language based formatting.
