I need to have conditions for "Auto Response Relations for Queue"s
In some cases I do not want to sent a notification to agants about new tickets. This would be usefull in cases of filtering new tickets which are deleted automatically. Without that, the assigned agents will be informed when a new ticket is created but when seeking the ticket view, the mentioned ticket is not available. This is useless information about nothing.
I suggest a drop down menu in the "Auto Response Relations for Queue" like it is in the Generic Agent:
